Maroon 5 turns their anti-love song into a full-blown action movie in the video for their newest single, “Payphone.”

A simple visit to the bank turns into chaos, as robbers run inside. Adam Levine, being the hero that he is, takes a bullet in the arm trying to save his superhot co-worker.

This turns into an altercation with the bank robbers, Levine and his chick; they leave the scene and a high-speed police chase leads to a bunch of Hollywood-style explosions.

What is this, a music video or a Michael Bay film?

While all that anarchy is occurring, there’s room for our guy Wiz Khalifa who comes through and spits his hot verse (he’s away from all of the action, though.)

“Payphone” is the first single off the group’s forthcoming fourth album, Overexposed, which drops on June 26.
