There is now a new wrinkle in the sexual assault lawsuit against John Travolta

The first accuser’s lawsuit, which was filed a week back, will be dismissed by the masseur’s former lawyer Okorie Okorocha.

Okorocha decided to back out when his client admitted to having the date of the alleged attack mixed up.

He told RadarOnline:

“I’m going to file a dismissal of John Doe #1’s lawsuit on Tuesday morning, without prejudice. I could no longer represent him because he was speaking to the media against my advice, and it made no sense to me. I don’t think that John Doe will be pursuing the lawsuit.”

Despite all of this, Okorocha will still be representing John Doe #2, a spa employee from Atlanta.

John Doe #1’s case will be dismissed this morning along with the $2 million in damages he was hoping for.

The iconic Grease actor still must deal with his second accuser, so we’ll still have to wait to see how this all turns out.
