That’s mainly because the two have been arguing about drug tests, blood tests and other types of tests, instead of stepping into the ring and fighting. This year, Floyd tried his hardest to book a Pacman fight on May 5th, before he went to jail and failed. Floyd failed because the Pacquiao team wanted an equal split of PPV money.

Besides, don’t we all want to see Floyd and 50 Cent have face conversations on their money phones during the build up to the fight?
Pacman, Mayweather and his gang of Filipino thugs are running a circus over there.
Manny vs. Floyd will happen and it should happen next. After Pacman swallows the bitter pill that his robbery was his own fault, like a rapper trying to walk through their enemy’s hood without security, then maybe he can give up trying to make a fight nobody wants to see with Timothy Bradley. Instead, he can finally fight Floyd Mayweather and try to bring some credibility back to boxing.
