The hotel room that Whitney Houston passed away in has been closed off ever since her death, but Cissy Houston wants to visit it some day to find some closure.

According to TMZ, the mother of the legendary singer was booked to stay in the same hotel this past week, which she wasn’t too happy about, but she did reveal she would like to see the room.
The site reports:
Whitney’s mother is in Los Angeles this weekend for the BET Awards (where Whitney will be honored) and we’re told she felt uncomfortable when she was set up at the Beverly Hilton — the same hotel Whitney passed away in back in February.
Our sources say Cissy does want to visit room 434 for closure and is planning to contact the hotel this weekend … but that she wants to do it on her own time.

It must be hard for Cissy to know that the area of her daughter’s death was not too far, but we’re glad that she is accepting Whitney’s death and seeking closure.
