UPDATE (Sunday, 11:45AM EST):
Details have emerged that an investigation of what happened will take place. TMZ reports:
Robin Hill, a rep for the Department of Natural Resources (Wildlife Resources Division), tells TMZ the department’s Critical Incident Response Team will recreate the accident on the lake to help determine what happened. Using special computer programs, they will attempt to figure out how fast the boats were going at the time of the accident.
Hill says that rangers have been in touch with the driver of the jet ski and remain in contact with him. Once the department completes their investigation, they will turn their recommendation over to the district attorney who would then decide whether or not to file charges.
Hopefully answers in this tragic case are found very soon.

According to TMZ Kile Glover was sitting in an inner tube on the lake when someone riding on a jet ski hit him in the head. He was unresponsive when he was removed from the lake water.
According to source, the pre-teen is still unresponsive and is listed in critical condition.

Although Tameka and Usher are experiencing their divorce and custody battles, it is said that the R&B singer chartered a jet for Tameka to fly in to Georgia to be by her injured son’s side.
