Everyone’s favorite blonde and bald beauty, Amber Rose, was spotted at a promotional and bottle signing event this week for Smirnoff Fluffed Marshmallow and Whipped Cream Flavored Vodka, looking cute in all white and sporting a new tattoo on her outer left arm.

The Philadelphia native preserved her sexy in a loosely fitted white dress with a matching white head wrap as she traveled back to her hometown to support her Smirnoff liquor brand.
Aside from her usual glowing skin and picture perfect smile, we couldn’t help but notice that the 28-year-old beauty was sporting new ink on her left arm that reads:
“The world is a vampire.”
It seems as though Amber stepped into her love for rock music with this one, as the phrase is referenced in Smashing Pumpkins song “Bullet with Butterfly Wings” and it means when an event or circumstance reminds you of how unfair or evil humanity is.
