A rep for Halle tells TMZ “Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”

Halle Berry has been rushed to hospital after taking a nasty fall, causing her head to crack on the concrete floor.
According to reports, Halle was filming a scene for her latest film The Hive when the accident happened. After the fall, the Monster’s Ball actress was rushed to Cedar Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles by Ambulance shortly around 10PM L.A. time.
Her condition is not known as of now, but we will continue to update this story.
If you remember, Halle was injured on the set of her last movie as well when another fall sidelined her for months after she broke her ankle while filming in Spain.
