James Holmes has been behind bars ever since he fired off a gun in a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado last week.
While we’ve all been trying to figure out why he shot up the theater killed and wounded several victims, apparently Holmes is in the slammer claiming to have amnesia.
A source told the New York Daily News that James is telling other inmates that he doesn’t know why he is locked up, but none of them believe his claims.

The source said:
“He claims he doesn’t know why he’s in jail,” the worker said Thursday. “He asked, ‘Why am I here?’
This may come as no surprised, considering he has shown odd behavior while in court with orange dyed hair, and making dazed facial expressions.

In another development that has emerged it appears Holmes was seeing a psychiatrist before his murder massacre went down.
The discovery was made when his defense team found the source of a leak in a court document that showed that James sent a package to his psychiatrist talking about his proposed attack.
His attorneys have written a statement about the investigation:
“The government’s disclosure of this confidential and privileged information has placed Mr. Holmes’ constitutional rights to due process and a fair trial by an impartial jury in serious jeopardy.”
More and more peculiar evidence seem to emerge about this guy.
