This time, Hov was in Manhattan near the Mercer Hotel in the popular Soho neighborhood, and a HUGE crowd had assembled, hoping to catch a glimpse of the international star.
But things escalated into more than just mere greetings and glimpses when the crowd started to riot.
The rioting forced the police to clear the streets and keep order.
