In a very candid interview, Wiz Khalifa stopped by Chelsea Lately to talk about everything from his mentor Snoop Dogg’s name change, to where he gets his swag from.

Since most rappers are pretty low key when it comes to emotions, it was surprising when Chelsea Handler asked the 24-year-old what the deal was with his dad, who happens to be very supportive of his son’s music career. He responded:
“I love my dad, yo! That’s my man.”

Wiz, who’s real name is Cameron, continued:
“He’s a little bit darker than me, so when people see him they don’t really know he’s my dad. And then they see him start moving, and they be like, ‘oh, that’s where Wiz gets his swag from.’”
We wonder if his father would approve of his shirtless, tight pant cover art for his sophomore album, O.N.I.F.C.?
