Unless he’s granted another appeal, Max B may be riding that “coke” wave for the rest of his life behind bars.

MORNING MIXTAPE: Max B “The Final Wave”

Harlem rapper Max B was convicted and sentenced to jail for 75 years on conspiracy to commit murder and robbery charges that transpired in 2006.

The botched robbery landed Max B in front of a judge pleading his case in 2009, when the District Attorney’s office accused him of sending his girlfriend and stepbrother to rob two men at a Fort Lee Holiday Inn.

Despite the fact Max B wasn’t present during the time the crime was committed, prosecutors identified him as the mastermind and reason why David Taylor and Allan Plowden were robbed, and Taylor subsequently killed.

With his conviction upheld, Max B won’t be eligible for parole until 2042.

Hopefully, French Montana will do it big for Max.
