The Republican National Convention kept everyone on the edge of their seats a few weeks ago, but it was Clint Eastwood who got everyone talking when he took the stage.

The 82-year-old director gave an odd speech addressing most of his words to an empty chair, insinuating President Obama has been an absent president and now the Republican is responding to his awkward speech.

He sat down with CNN and says:

“One advantage of being my age is that you know what can they do to ya? You just have fun and do what you think and then you can say what you think, you don’t have to edit yourself.”

“What do you want me to tell Romney?” Eastwood asked the invisible Obama. “I can’t tell him to do that. I can’t tell him to do that to himself. You’re crazy, you’re absolutely crazy. You’re getting as bad as Biden. Of course we all know Biden is the intellect of the Democratic party,” he said in the RNC speech.

When asked if he regreted the speech he replied No.
