Christian Louboutin is well known for his red-bottomed shoes. The soles of the shoes are arguably as recognizable as some of your favorite landmarks, so much so that Mr. Louboutin, with the help of Peter Lippmann, made his own shoes into the landmarks.

Christian’s latest campaign is a whimsical depiction of Paris, wherein the footwear is scaled to larger-than-life proportions and made to resemble structural works of art.

From fountains, to statues to gargoyles, the brightly colored soles appear all over the City of Lights. The shoes are incorporated into actual historical places like Notre Dame, the Place de la Concorde and the Pont Des Arts.
