Welcome back to Monday! Let’s hope that this week is amazing for you, but if you need a bit of time to relax, we have got a few things for you. If you happen to be on the Cayman Islands, you probably won’t have to be at work this week anyway, but we have still got some things that you can do that are free of charge in Grand Cayman. You can check it out below!

Visit The Seven Mile Beach:

Seven Mile Beach is a public beach just north of George Town on Grand Cayman.

For several years now, Seven Mile Beach has been in the running for the Best Caribbean Beach in numerous travel publications. It’s even secured the title a handful of times. Take one glance at this crescent-shaped shore and one sniff of the soft-coral sand and you’ll easily understand why. Many of Grand Cayman’s best resorts are situated on Seven Mile, and there are a number of casual beach bars and restaurants, a playground, restrooms and showers to boot. You’ll even see a few dogs running free; you’re allowed to bring yours also and leave it off of its leash.

Go To Hell

It looks like what it sounds like, and it attracts droves of cruise-ship tourists on a daily basis. So what is it really?

“Hell” refers to a wide open space filled with clusters of short black limestone. You won’t be able to walk along the formation, but there are two platforms you can stand on to look over the space and take photos. If you’re not tired of the novelty by then you should swing by the nearby gift shop and post office to send mail “from hell” or pocket a few souvenirs that take the pun to further extremes. You can enter Hell for free, but the best way to sample the area is on a guided (and therefore fee-based) island tour. Travelers say the town of West Bay, where Hell is located, is notoriously hard to find.

Financial Tip Of The Day

Order The Lunch Special

We know that sometimes the only option you have is to order lunch.  Try your best to order within your favorite restaurant’s lunch period and get the lunch special. This way you get a full meal and you pay a fraction of the price you would pay if you went at any other time during the day. We know that sometimes your lunch may be a little later than you would like it to be, but with a little planning you can capitalize on the lunch time prices.
