Actress Taryn Manning was ordered to stay away from her 23-year-old assistant after the two were involved in a violent brawl on Thursday morning at 5 AM.
The fight left the assistant bruised all over her head and body after Manning punched, kicked, scratched, and choked her.
According to the criminal complaint released at her arraignment Friday morning, the 8-Mile actress also slammed her assistants face into the floor and wall.
The NY Daily News reports that the two got into a bad argument after spending the day together traveling to promote Manning’s new music video.

Her attorney stated:
“They had a late-night argument that turned into a bit of a physical altercation.”
The attorney also said he does not know if there was alcohol involved leading to the fight, nor did he reveal what caused the argument.
