What was originally considered a rumor is proving to be quite factual! 

Louis Vuitton has put the collaboration rumors to rest and released a short video of graffiti artist RETNA in the process of making their Miami Design District store facade.

If you are familiar with RETNA’s work, you will recognize the ancient-text-like font that has become his signature. He has taken that same aesthetic and created a store front facade unlike anything else in the area. The larger than life canvas allowed RETNA to do something great and the outcome was nothing short of amazing – RETNA’s interpretation of the Louis Vuitton logo.

Although we cannot confirm an official release date of an actual collection from the artist and the French luxury brand, RETNA has also been spotted wearing a Louis Vuitton scarf with his artwork printed on it.  Check out the video above for RETNA’s candid explanation of the collaboration, as well as a Behind The Scenes look at what went into making the mural for Louis Vuitton’s Miami Design District store.
