Who says you can only celebrate a birthday once a year?! Not Kim Kardashian.
The 32-year-old reality TV starlet celebrated her big day a couple weeks ago with her boyfriend Kanye West, but she made sure to celebrate with Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick with a lunch in Miami yesterday.

Kim looked absolutely radiant wearing hip huggin floral print skirt, strappy nude sandals and you guessed it! She couldn’t leave out some leather! Yeezy’s boo rocked a peplum leather top to had some funk to her ensemble.
This is the first time in quite a while we’ve seen Kim wear her dark eye makeup, and it certainly made her glow although she wasn’t smiling.

It looks like Kim may not have been her usual chipper self, since her and her family are being accused of stealing from another company.
According to TMZ, the siblings are reportedly launching a make up line called Khroma, and another make up line called Kroma isn’t too happy with their name choice.
TMZ reports:
The new company is called Kroma (no “H”) ... and according to documents filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, it already locked down the legal rights to that name back in January.
So when Kroma (no H”) found out about the Kardashian line … sources say the honchos were pissed … and immediately fired off a cease and desist letter to stop Khroma (with “H”).
And get this ... we’ve obtained official docs which show the U.S. Patent and Trademark office had already REJECTED a trademark request by the Khroma people (with “H”) back in September … because the name was too similar too Kroma (no “H”).
This is the second company to accuse the Kardashians of name theft. They have already received legal threats from a Beverly Hills makeup company called Chroma.
It turns out Kroma is now exploring legal options and may sue the girls and the company for trademark rights!
