It seems like 28-year-old Holly Solomon has taken the catch phrase “vote or die” too far, being that the Arizona woman literally tried to kill her husband for not voting in last week’s presidential election.

Solomon blamed her 36-year-old husband Daniel Solomon’s failure to vote as the reason why President Obama was re-elected and, consequently, she ran him over with their SUV. The incident began on Saturday when the couple started loudly arguing in a parking lot, which incited Holly to chase her husband down in their Jeep. Eventually, she hit him and pinned him underneath the car. Daniel was rushed to a hospital and is reported to be in critical condition.
Daniel told police his wife “just hated Obama” and that she “believed her family was going to face hardship as a result of President Obama’s re-election,” said Gilbert police Sergeant Jesse Sanger in a statement.
Holly was arrested on domestic violence aggravated assault charges.
Now her and her family will really face hardship! And, on top of that, Mitt Romney actually won the state of Arizona. What was this woman thinking?
