Kid Cudi has been locked in a bitter custody battle over his daughter with this baby mama. But now it looks like the “Day ‘N Night” rapper has given up his fight to win full custody of his daughter, which he has quietly been fighting for over a year.

According to reports, Cudi claims he got a place in Chicago to be closer to his daughter and has been paying child support. However the mother of Cudder’s child claims it’s all a bunch of malarky, saying the G.O.O.D. Music rapper is never around and has only provided “sporadic and inconsistent amounts” of child support.

Now TMZ reports:
In court docs, she also claimed Cudi has violent tendencies and a “long history of consistent drug and alcohol abuse.”
The two parties finally agreed to disagree on August 3rd — and Cudi let his baby mama take full custody. In return, she agreed to let him have visitation. Cudi will also pay child support.
While this isn’t originally what Kid Cudi wanted, it’s good they were able to find a compromise.
