Talk about a lack of customer service!

A man who walked into a T-Mobile store to complain about his phone bill left with a stab wound last week in Pennsylvania.

Reportedly, the 59-year-old T-Mobile customer got into an argument with a 21-year-old sales rep after telling him that he was double billed, which escalated into a physical fight inside and outside of the store. After the scuffle, the customer drove himself to a precinct, not realizing that he had been stabbed in the stomach with an unknown object. He managed to grab the employee’s nametag during the fight.

The salesman, Darnell Schoolfield, lives in Philadelphia and is currently on the run. Police have issued a warrant for his arrest, charging him with attempted murder and aggravated assault.

We won’t be surprised if the customer switches his phone service really soon!
