Back in 1987, Run-D.M.C released a song called “Christmas In Hollis” that sampled classics like “Jingle Bells,” “Frosty the Snowman,” and “Joy to the World,” eventually becoming a classic joint itself!
And now, D.M.C is paying homage to “Christmas In Hollis” by remixing it as the dope intro for the Mick Boogie X PLNDR holiday mixtape, A Mick Boogie Christmas produced by nVMe productions, bringing hip-hop enthusiasts back to an earlier, and very festive moment in rap music.
D.M.C raps:
“It’s Christmas time in Hollis Queens/ Mom’s still cooking them collard greens/ Rice and stuffing, macaroni and cheese/ And I like crushing, wacking phony emcees/ Stomping emcees with my timberland boots…”

D.M.C. is still very much that emcee with the mic in his hand that’s chillin’ and coolin’ like a snowman!
A Mick Boogie Christmas will be available exclusively on PLNDR.
