Pusha T is so not over dissing Lil Wayne at all.

SNIPPET: YUUGGHHH! Pusha T Strikes Again, Disses Lil Wayne On New Luda Track

Last week, a new Ludacris track leaked which features a questionable verse coming from Pusha T.

Many speculated that the verse was a diss towards Lil Wayne, and in a recent interview with VIBE, Pusha confirmed that the diss is “new and for Luda’s album.”

The diss that caught everyone’s attention was more than a little personal, despite Pusha stating his beef with Lil Wayne isn’t personal.

DETAILS: Pusha T Says His Beef With Lil Wayne & Drake Isn’t Personal

On Ludacris’ “Tell Me What They Mad For” track, Pusha rapped:

  • With your baby mama fucking every rapper in the business
  • Niggas saying you was better when the drugs was in your system
  • Now your crack swag gone ever since u came from prison
  • Got you tweeting all stupid, is you skatin’, is you dissin’
  • Found out your ghost leased and your phantom just rented
  • Won’t leave it in your name like Pac when he went missing
  • Makaveli lives on so I’m riding on you bitches

Pusha T explained the diss to VIBE

“It’s new and was for Luda’s album. You got to blame Swizz. See, when Wayne got a Swizz beat with the ‘Ghoulish’ track; he got busy, well, he tried to…I don’t like to refer to my records as diss records. At the end of the day, I make great records even in regards to whether they were aimed at somebody or not my records are great records … Don’t cheapen my music by calling them [diss records].”

Pusha also revealed that Ludacris wanted him to change his verse, due to the potential of a full-on rap war, but Pusha said he refused, stating:

“I play by old school rules. I play by the fundamentals and foundation of what hip-hop was based on.”

Seems like Pusha’s getting a kick out of dissing Lil Wayne.

The G.O.O.D Music rapper is readying his debut album as a solo artist, My Name Is My Name, in 2013.
