Holiday cheer was stolen from the hearts of many this morning.
DMX, who graced us with his own rendition of “Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer” last week, got millions of unsuspecting people in the Christmas spirit, but that spirit is now lost!
Despite DMX oddly knowing all the words to “Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer,” he revealed that he would never do a Christmas album.
Unfortunately, hip-hop fans won’t ever get Christmas albums from their favorite rappers, so GlobalGrind started thinking.
What would a hip-hop Christmas be like?
Although rappers like Kanye West have previously released Christmas songs, fans can never get enough of Kanye, which is why he should produce yet another Christmas classic.
GlobalGrind decided to round up 10 of our favorite rappers who we think would make pretty classic Christmas albums.
Every album needs a lead single, so we thought of our favorite Christmas songs and paired them up with our favorite rappers, but with a twist of course.
From Rick Ross’ “Santa Bawse Is Coming To Town” to Juicy J’s “Have Yourself A Trippy Little Christmas,” GlobalGrind thought of them all.
Check out the other 9 rappers who should drop Christmas albums below!
