Gabriel Aubry is officially in the clear after his brutal Thanksgiving Day fight with Halle Berry‘s fiance Olivier Martinez.

Gabriel, who sustained some nasty injuries after the physical showdown, will not face any criminal charges from the court. Instead the L.A. City Attorney’s Office wants to hold an informal meeting with the male model to discuss the melee.
TMZ Reports:
Halle, Olivier and Gabriel’s attorneys all agreed to settle the matter and avoid a messy criminal trial.
As we told you, investigators believe Gabriel was actually the aggressor … despite getting his face bruised and bloodied during the the fight.
Gabriel could end up getting anger management classes after the City Attorney hearing — or simply told not to do this again.
No date’s been set for the hearing.
This is good news for Gabe. Since he is a Canadian citizen, criminal charges could have forced him to be deported. But for now, his daughter Nahla doesn’t have to worry about him going anywhere.
Hopefully Gabriel, Halle and Olivier just keep it civil!
