First, he announced that he has acoustic album, where he remakes some of his classic records, hitting stores in January. So why make an acoustic project, especially since Justin just released his sophomore album in 2012?

Justin says:

“It’s something the fans really like. Because I started out on YouTube just playing my guitar, just singing without all the production, so I like to just put out acoustic albums. I think it’s more intimate.”

Bieber seems like he’s hard at work making this album. He posted this picture on his Twitter with the words “Acoustic Album” attached to it:

He also tweeted:

The big announcement came at the end of the show. Before that, Justin talked about a number of subjects.

The most interesting aspect was his reaction to being snubbed by the Grammys. We all know Bieber’s manger, Scooter Braun, was pissed, going on a Twitter rant. But Bieber wasn’t so much mad, but a tad disappointed.

About being snubbed, Bieber said:

“I was looking forward to…but I know it will happen one day… I’m so young, I’m only 18, I’m just blessed to be able to do what I love every day. And the AMAs was a lot of fun for me so…Hopefully, one day.”

Trust us, Bieber, one day you’ll get one.

Ellen’s interview was pretty great. The singer also talks about his tattoos and wearing overalls to meet the Canadian prime minster.
