The time has finally come!
Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have been separated for over a year now, but neither of them have filed for divorce until now.

According to TMZ, the No Strings Attached star filed for divorce yesterday at the LA Count Superior Court citing “irreconcilable differences”.
The site reports that the reason Ashton didn’t do it before was because he was giving Demi space to do it herself, which she never did.
Ashton went through with the process, and his and Demi’s property rights will be worked out later on.

The two split last year after Ashton had been accused of cheating on Demi with another woman, but he has since moved on, and is now dating Mila Kunis.
Could it be the former That 70’s Show co-stars getting more serious pushed Ashton to officially file for divorce?
We may never know, but it looks like this guy is definitely moving on.
