Some of us may have almost forgotten about that little night club incident that allegedly went down between Chris Brown and Drake in a NYC nightclub but it appears to definitely still an issue Drizzy is dealing with.

The Young Money rapper is being sued by Entertainment Enterprises for $16 million as they claim their club’s reputation has gone way down since that infamous night.

According to reports Entertainment Enterprises doesn’t not own the W.I.P nightclub but has a very large financial stake in another nightclub, Greenhouse, located in the same building and says it lost millions due to the bad press.

But October’s Very Own isn’t taking this lying down, he says the club’s rep was going down hill before he even walked in.

TMZ reports:

Now Drake is firing back  … arguing he CAN’T be held responsible for how the media portrayed either club in the news — and claims Greenhouse’s rep was in the toilet looooooong before he set foot through the door.Specifically, the rapper says the NY Times has described the club as having “a history of violence and other problems.”

Ouch!

Drizzy is asking the judge to dismiss the case and also points out the club was almost shut down back in 2011 by the NYPD and has had its liquor license previously suspended due to “a string of violent incidents.”

It looks like Drake is going not down without a fight… no pun intended. Hopefully both parties can reach an agreement soon… it’s the holiday season for goodness sake.
