In an all white ensemble the actress graces the February 2013 issue of UK Elle magazine in a dress by Victoria Beckham, along with matching leather peep-toe booties by Manolo Blahnik for Beckham.

At 28 years old, Scarlett dishes on approaching the big 3-0 and while most women are dreading turning thirty, Scar Jo appears to have quite a different outlook. She tells the mag:
“I feel like I’ve been transitioning from young woman into womanhood for a very long time. Now as I approach 30, with the last few years behind me, I feel like growing pains are behind me. It’s just nice to feel happy.”
Right on!
