The pregnant reality star held on to her man’s arm as they strolled down the block and Yeezy appeared extra focused. Could it have something to do with Kim’s delivery date?
According to reports, Kim could very well still be legally married to Kris Humphries when she gives birth sometime in June. Radar Online quotes a source, saying:
“Unless Kim Kardashian gives in to Kris’ demand that she admit the marriage fraudulent, the divorce proceedings will still be ongoing and she will still be legally married to him when she gives birth.”
Kris and Kim’s lawyers are due back in court on Feb 15th, where they will set a date for trial. But with the Brooklyn Nets very likely to go to the NBA playoffs, the trial date would have to be set sometime in June when the season is over to accommodate his schedule.

Since Kim is roughly three months pregnant, it’s highly likely she’ll give birth sometime around the start of trial. That might also delay things.
Meanwhile, the source claims Kris isn’t trying to drag out the process on purpose.
“Kris isn’t trying to drag this out, but he wants to be vindicated in court. Kris will see this through to the end,” the source tells us exclusively.
