They’re closing down this “joint.” No…literally.
The White Horse Inn, a recreational marijuana club in Colorado, is closing its doors just one day after opening because they were being impatient, according to the Denver Post:
The club lost its lease after it opened ahead of schedule on Monday in an effort to become the first club of its kind in the state.
The club was one of two that was scheduled to open in Colorado after Amendment 64, which was passed last year, allowed the legalization of recreational marijuana in private establishments.
Club 64, White Horse Inn’s competitor, opened its “doors” just hours after the club did. Instead of a building, the club will meet in various venues for a $29.99 admission fee for members.
Patience, my friend, is definitely a virtue. I wouldn’t expect marijuana users to act so fast!
