The Weeknd has a lot to celebrate this year.
Not only is he readying his official debut album, but he’s also riding high off the success of his compilation album, Trilogy.
Comprised of his acclaimed mixtapes, House Of Balloons, Thursday, and Echoes Of Silence, in addition to three new tracks, The Weeknd’s fans came out in droves to support their Canadian R&B superstar.
The efforts have paid off, because the “High For This” singer’s project has officially reached gold status with more than 500,000 copies sold.
If the “Rolling Stone” singer moved 500,000 copies of tracks most of the world already heard, imagine how many records he will sell with never-before-heard material!
Congrats to The Weeknd.
