We all know how much Carmelo Anthony loves New York.

As a small forward for the New York Knicks, Carmelo has had a successful career since joining the team in 2011, however on a recent trip to London, Melo decided to bring a bit of the UK back with him.

While in London, Carmelo met with famous streetwear and clothing collaborator Dave White – who famously worked on a pair of Air Jordan 1s released in February of 2012 for the All Star Game – to decide on an exclusive colorway for an upcoming shoe. The shoe is said to be in celebration of Melo’s record 37-points against Nigeria for Team USA, and while Dave presented Carmelo with quite a few amazing ideas, he settled on just one white and gold colorway.

Unfortunately the shoe will only be sold in the UK, which is a bit disappointing for US sneakerheads, since the shoe is garnished with 24-karat gold stars in addition to both the Melo and Jordan branding.
