This February, Beyonce will finally make her highly anticipated comeback debut at the Super Bowl, and she’ll also give us a personal look inside her life in her new documentary.

The film, Life Is But A Dream, takes us through the 31-year-old singing sensation’s life as a superstar mother and wife … and she talks about everything.

While showing off sentimental moments with her daughter Blue Ivy Carter, Bey also talks about her miscarriage that she had two years ago before giving birth to her beautiful baby.

“About two years ago, I was pregnant for the first time,” the Grammy winner says in one scene. “And I heard the heartbeat, which was the most beautiful music I ever heard in my life.”

“I picked out names. I envisioned what my child would look like . . . I was feeling very maternal.”

She shares the painful experience of finding out she was no longer pregnant:

“I flew back to New York to get my check up — and no heartbeat. Literally the week before I went to the doctor, everything was fine, but there was no heartbeat.”

“I went into the studio and wrote the saddest song I’ve ever written in my life,” she says, although she doesn’t name the track. “And it was actually the first song I wrote for my album. And it was the best form of therapy for me, because it was the saddest thing I’ve ever been through.”

She also reveals how Blue Ivy’s birth was the best blessing she’s had since:

“Being pregnant was very much like falling in love. You are so open. You are so overjoyed. There’s no words that can express having a baby growing inside of you, so of course you want to scream it out and tell everyone.”

Beyonce opens up about pregnancy and more in her documentary that is set to premiere on HBO on February 16th!
