Police in Tulsa, OK are reporting that a student committed suicide in a school bathroom.

The office of the Coweta Superintendent of Schools confirms that the Intermediate School is on lockdown, and now tells KRMG that a student committed suicide in a bathroom.
The worker, who identified herself at “Ninya,” initially said no one was hurt, but then called back to confirm the self-inflicted shooting.
The student was a ninth-grader, and no other students were in danger.

“Ninya” also said that the situation is “under control and that parents need not to worry about the safety of their students.”
