Shaquille O’Neal had an amazing career as a basketball player in the NBA.

Back in 1991, Shaq became the first player to have a signature sneaker with Reebok. At the time, Reebok was bigger than Nike as a whole, but in the basketball market, Nike was still ahead of the game.

The Shaq Attaq was one of the first shoes that Reebok put out that gave Reebok the advantage of consumers buying their product for basketball. Like all good things, the reign of the Shaq Attaq and his next model, the Shaqnosis, eventually ended, but Swizz Beatz is helping to bring Reebok back and he’s starting with the Shaq Attaq.

Last year marked the 20th anniversary of the Shaq Attaq release and to celebrate, Shaq has rejoined forces with Reebok once again. Following his coverage of NBA’s All-Star weekend, Shaq made his way to Las Vegas to help Swizz Beats and Tyga unveil both the Shaq Attaq and the Shaqnosis, set to be released later this year.
