Looks like the suspect of a hit and run in Brooklyn, New York that killed a young Jewish couple and their unborn baby is no stranger to trouble.

DETAILS: Police Have Identified Julio Acevedo As Driver In Hit & Run That Killed Brooklyn Couple 

Authorities say that Julio Acevedo is a man with a history of violence and substance abuse issues, who had already spent a decade in prison in the 1990s for manslaughter.

A few days ago, Acevedo came barreling down a residential street at about 60 mph when he hit Raizy and Nachman Glauber’s livery cab, killing the 21-year-old couple and their unborn baby, who was delivered by cesarean section.

Just last month, Acevedo was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence. The case is pending. Acevedo, 44, is now on the run.
