The 22-year-old Vested In Culture/Epic Records artist releases her debut single “Gangsta” with visuals to match.
Signed to Sylvia Rhone, the Cuban singer is bringing some Latin flavor to the Epic family.
The video features Kat driving around her hometown as she sings about her mother’s struggles to raise her as a child.
While on the set of “Gangsta,” Kat spoke about the inspiration behind the video, stating:
“It was really important for me to shoot this video in Miami because this is my hometown. I think that the richness and the culture, the colors, the story, it just felt right.”
