Welcome to the weekend! We know it feels like it took forever to get here but have no worries we have got some great things for you to do today that will make you want the weekend to last forever.  Today’s installment of Dollars & Sense takes place in the capital and the second largest city of the United Arab Emirates – Abu Dhabi.  Check it out below!

Visit Ferrari World

Slated to open in late 2010, the first Ferrari theme park will also be the world’s largest indoor park—more than two million square feet. Among other high-octane highlights, expect to find the world’s fastest roller coaster (traveling more than 130 mph at 180 feet through the roof and back) as well as the world’s biggest Ferrari logo—a 200-foot-long rooftop sign. Ferrari fans can also race each other in Ferrari F430 Spider replicas.

Visit The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was initiated by the late President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. His final resting place is located on the grounds beside the same mosque. It is the largest mosque in the United Arab Emirates and the eighth largest mosque in the world. Financial Tip Of The Day

Disconnect land line if possible:

Unless you have small kids in the house or older people to take care of, it is more than likely that you will be able to survive with only the mobile phones and can get rid of the land line. It ends up becoming an added bill that you probably don’t need.
