TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan has struck a plea deal with prosecutors.
Lindsay pled no contest to the crimes of reckless driving and lying to cops. In addition to rehab, Lindsay will perform 30 days of community labor and undergo psychotherapy for 18 months — she’ll get credit for shrink time already completed.

Why is this not surprising?
Lindsay Lohan, who might spend months behind bars for lying to cops after her car accident last June, arrived to the courthouse 48 minutes late and seemingly unphased by the possibilty that her antics may result in jail time.
Today she faces a judge to determine whether or not she will serve the maximum of 240 days in prison for lying to cops about a June car accident.
When walking into the courtroom, someone in the crowd apparently “glitter-bombed” the red-haired actress, getting the sticky material all over her white get-up.
Looks like Lilo won’t have any luck inside the courtroom either. Sources say prosecutors are not letting up and will be asking the judge to grant Lilo the maximum sentence as this conviction is a violation of her probabtion. Lohan may actually serve 60 to 90 days behind bars.

Lohan will reportedly be placed on probabtion for an additional two years if convicted and if she continues her illegal actions, jail may see her face again.
