Where Brooklyn at!?
If you ever wanted to live in a piece of New York history, the childhood home of the Notorious B.I.G. is up for sale. Apparently the Clinton Hill apartment originally sold in 2004, but has been re-listed recently for $725,000, up more than $300k from when it was originally listed.

If you are familiar with New York real estate, you probably know that Brooklyn has become the new hot spot recently, and if this apartment is any testament to that, it’s for good reason. The three-bedroom plus den/office condominium boasts a totally renovated interior, that includes a living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Strangely enough, the listing agent didn’t think that the whole historical Notorious B.I.G. aspect of the apartment was very important. In a statement to New York Magazine, she said:
“The tour buses that come by regularly are enough, I don’t really know yet what impact, if any, [Biggie’s past] will have on the sale. I think it’ll be notable, but I don’t know if novelty translates to a purchase.”
