While Beyonce and Jay-Z were in Cuba living it up, ex-Destiny’s Child band mate Kelly Rowland was in the City that Never Sleeps, New York City. She was in town for a special show for Courvoisier’s “Courvoisiology” launch party.
GlobalGrind was in the house for the show and we have to say Kelly didn’t disappoint. The singer, who, in the beginning admitted that this was her first live performance since the epic Super Bowl halftime show, rocked the stage for about 45 minutes.
During her performance she mixed in the new with the old: she performed her latest single, “Kisses Down Low,” and other past songs like “Like This” and “Motivation.”
The audience got particularly hyped when Kelly performed some DC favorites, including “Soldier,” “Say My Name,” and “Bootylicious.”
It was just a super dope night. Check out the photos above to see how it all went down.
