Former Congressman Anthony Weiner is ready to bounce back after his fall from grace. Weiner resigned from Congress in 2011 after information leaked about him sending lewd photos to a 21-year-old on Twitter. This weekend, Weiner gave an extensive interview to the New York Times Magazine alongside his wife, in which he discussed his marriage and stated that he may be “eyeing” a run for mayor. [NY Times]

Tennessee is shaken up after two recent deaths related to gun violence. This time, the accused are only 4 years old. In Lebanon on Saturday, a gun in the hands of a 4-year-old went off and killed Josephine Pollard, the wife of Wilson County Sheriff’s Deputy Daniel Fanning. On Monday night, another 4-year-old boy shot a 6-year-old boy in the head with a .22 caliber rifle. [CNN]

Ratchet is as ratchet does! In Houston, Texas, Shaeryll Hunter did it the best. After a heated debate with her baby daddy’s 4-month pregnant baby mother, Shae Shae, who is 5-months pregnant herself, hit the other woman with a car. The victim, Alise Kelly, suffered two broken legs and had to have one of her feet amputated. [CD]

A waitress in Missouri, Sandra Lupo, is suing for what she believes to be a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. The 27-year-old had been working at Hooters for over 7 years. However, after a brain surgery caused her to have to get a buzz cut and left a noticeable scar on her head, the company drastically reduced her hours, leading her to quit. Read it at Gawker
