LeBron James is kind of a big deal.
Bron-Bron is the second player to win four MVP titles in five years, joining an obviously very select group of four-time MVPs in the award’s 58-year history.
To celebrate this momentous occasion, Nike will be releasing a special edition LeBron X MVP shoe and a new “Witness History” campaign.
LeBron gave the world a glimpse of the LeBron X “MVP” when he accepted his award and proceeded to play in the shoe for the first half of the Heat’s game last night.
This should come as no surprise to those who’ve been following LeBron’s footwear patterns. Last season, Bronny laced up the Nike LeBron 9 “MVP” on the same day he received his third MVP trophy as well.
It just so happens that this time around, LeBron wore all of his LeBron Xs at the same damn time! Sort of…
The LeBron X “MVP” is actually a compilation of multiple colorways of LeBron’s 10th signature shoe into one. The design details, including “MVP” on the shoe tongue, weave the story of LeBron’s incredible journey over the past year.
