If you know one thing about Beyonce, it needs to be this: That woman loves her curves.
She makes songs about them (“Bootylicious” anyone?), she shakes them (hips don’t lie!) and will not hesitate to have someone booted right the hell out of her concert if they lay hands on her golden goods. So it’s no surprise that she wants them represented in photos.
According to reports from The Sun UK, Beyonce was reportedly outraged to find she had been retouched in shots from her H&M summer shoots and insisted only natural pictures be used.
An insider revealed last night: “When Beyonce found out they had edited the way her body really looked, she hit the roof.
“She’s a true diva and was furious that she had been given such a snubbing. Her people refused to give the pictures the green light so H&M were forced to use the originals.”
We hope that insider isn’t the same one who reported on Beyonce’s pseudo pregnancy.
However an H&M spokesman did admit that there had been “discussions” about the photos — and confirmed the final published pictures were not doctored.
He added: “As with all campaigns there are discussions on which images should be used. Both H&M and Beyonce are very happy with the final result.”
Beyonce has been known to insist on final control over her images, so there should be no shock if she did request changes…also, let’s talk about the fact that those photos are UNTOUCHED! Quick, run to the gym now!
