We’re all watching Kelly Rowland’s tranformation happen right before our eyes.

Kelly is doing her promo rounds for her upcoming album Talk A Good Game and as we all know, her latest song “Dirty Laundry,” which discusses an abusive relationship with a former boyfriend and a turbulent relationship with Beyonce, has everyone talking.

Kelly recently sat down with Omg! Insider’s co-anchor Kevin Frazier to talk Beyonce’s support during her rough patch, and the public wanting the pair to hate one another.

Here are some highlights:

On Her & Bey Having Problems

I think the people wanted those stories for years and that’s just so sad on them because it’s not like that. I just think it’s so sad that we live in a world where people don’t want to see women get along.

On Bey’s Support For “Dirty Laundry”

“She looked at me and said it’s incredible. And said how proud she was of me and then said I never left. And I just oh, man. It was so true she never left. I checked out for a minute.”

Kelly also recently revealed, during a radio interview on Hot 107.9, that the songs “Girl” and “Bad Habit” from Destiny Child’s Destiny Fulfilled album was written by Bey and Michelle Williams, exclusively about her situation.

When asked if “Girl” was for her, she responded:

“Yes. It’s so funny because I don’t know how people connect dots with music and artist that they have followed for so long, but when I saw that on Twitter of people starting to put all the [pieces] together, like it was so interesting. They did it with ‘Girl,’ they did it with “Bad Habit,” they did it with so many songs on that album and I was like, ‘Oooookay!’ Crazy!”

We’re excited about Kelly’s transformation.
