The investigations against Chris Brown just keep rolling in.
Remember that fight between Chris and Frank Ocean earlier this year (reportedly over a parking spot outside of a recording studio)? We thought the case was closed, but now we’re learning that the L.A. County D.A.’s office has an active file and is deciding whether or not to prosecute Chris for battery.
Yikes! If you recall, he is still under investigation for an alleged hit and run.
Frank never pressed charges in the case, but that isn’t stopping the D.A. from investigating.
According to TMZ:
It’s possible the Brown/Ocean incident could come up today at Brown’s probation review hearing. Brown is supposed to be in court, and the judge could raise the issue because Chris was ordered to obey all laws.
