Modeling may seem like one of the most glamorous jobs in all the land, but girls embedded in the modeling culture know one thing for a fact: it isn’t easy.

Eddie Murphy’s daughter Bria Murphy is one of the latest models to speak up about the pressures that come with being a stick-thin model in an industry solely based on physical appearance.

During a visit to Good Morning America, the model dished on the not-so-secret pressures of the modeling world, and the secret lengths models go to stay thin.

In the interview, she says:

“I’ve heard of people eating the cotton balls with the orange juice … they dip it in the orange juice and then they eat the cotton balls to help them feel full, because the cotton’s not doing anything. It’s just dissolving. And it makes you think you’re full, but you’re not.”

Really? Cotton balls? Check out the video above and watch Bria Murphy further explain.
