When we listen to music by way of our headphones, it should feel live, but for some reason that’s usually not even slightly the case.
Good thing Wicked Special Forces is coming to the rescue with a great pair of elite headphones they’re calling Wicked Audio Evac, which allow music lovers to listen to their favorite songs like they’ve never heard them before! When I was given the opportunity to sample the comfortable headgear, I noticed a few things before even connecting them to my iPod.
The cord is braided, which I thought was very fashionable and different in a great way, as this cord was probably a lot more durable in comparison to others. The Evac headphones were obviously also made for maximum comfort, with very thick cushions.
When I tried them on, they fit perfectly, covered my ears completely and allowed me tune out the rest of the world as I listened to my favorite jams.
My favorite part in this whole experience happened when I pressed play. I purposely chose to listen to Beyonce sing “Get Me Bodied” live via my iPod. I wanted to know, “Are these headphones really going to give me the live experience I’ve been looking for?”
Let me tell you, the enhanced bass made me feel like I was sitting front and center at a Beyonce concert. I heard instruments I’d never heard while listening to the same song with other headphones. Trust me, hearing Beyonce sensually sing “I ain’t worried ’bout me tonight! A little sweat ain’t never hurt nobody!” through these headphones was on an entirely different level.
I think Wicked Audio Evac rivals some of the best headphones out there and I love them because they get rid of the outside distractions and allow me to get lost in the music, comfortably.
