This Sunday is Father’s Day, and that means it’s time to celebrate those who have taken on the roles of being a dad in families whether they are the biological ones, single mothers, or having two dads.
President Barack Obama addressed the nation in his weekly address on Youtube, and he talked about how difficult it can be to being a father.
He makes sure to stress that being a father isn’t easy whether one is gay, straight, a grandparent, or even an adoptive parent.
Obama also stresses how fathers should be more involved, such as through businesses, faith groups, and communities.
Finally, he also says he wants to encourage fathers to get engaged with children by reforming child support laws.
