Watch out…Justin Bieber is behind the wheel again.
But while it may have looked like Bieber drove his white Ferrari into a photographer late Monday night in L.A., the police department is saying that it’s actually the photog’s fault.
According to TMZ:
Justin Bieber is saying he didn’t know he hit anyone as he left the Laugh Factory, and police are clearing him of any wrongdoing … this time.
We’re told LAPD interviewed Bieber and his representatives as well as witnesses — and cops now say this is not a hit and run case … and fault lies with the photog for being a pedestrian in the roadway.
Police say the photog wasn’t seriously injured.
The incident started late Monday after Biebs was leaving the Laugh Factory with his homie Lil Twist.
When Biebs got behind the wheel, he motioned for some of the photogs to clear out of the way. But when he drove off, he appeared to pin one of them between the Ferrari and a parked car.
Instead of stopping the car, he just kept on going.
And from the tape, it seems as if the paparazzo hyped it up a bit, falling to the ground and grabbing his legs.
It was reported that the paparazzo was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment. But the LAPD isn’t buying it – Bieber was cleared of any wrongdoing.
Whoa! Biebs got lucky this time! But knowing him and Lil Twist’s driving history, they should just be really careful.
